Temple Festivals

Auspicioius Thiruvutsavam (annual pageant from 1-10 Dhanu) and the Mandala Pooja (December) is celebrated together.
Revathy competition: The Celebrated inside the Malayalam month of Makaram, the predominant highlights of this competition is the Therottam or Chariot pageant, Karuppanthullal and Chapparam procession hung on the 9th day of the festival.

Achankovil Dharma Sasta temple is dedicated to Lord Ayyapa located in Kerala. Holy water from Achankovil Dharma Sasta temple is stronger than any anti-venom that the medical science has ever invented. Achankovil Shastha Temple, or the Dharmasastha Temple, is one the various five essential temples dedicated to Lord Ayyappa in Kerala.
